I have been a patron of Frankie's at the Studio hair salon for over 10 years. His customer service is terrible. I had to break an appointment in March due to illness, I began calling him to reschedule in April, it is now May 20, he has not responded to any of my messages to reschedule. Actually, he has not bothered to call back at all.

Lest any other employee dispute this by saying anything negative about this statement. I very rarely canceled appointments, always called at least 24 hours to cancel if necessary. It always takes forever for Frankie to respond to inquires to reschecule.

I am an employee here at The Studio. I remember the incident she is speaking of. What she neglected to mention was that she was LATE for her appointment with another stylist (not Frankie). She was angry that she wasn't able to get her hair done. She has also missed quite a few appointments without a even a courtesy call to cancel them.

She is STILL a client here. My question is- if the service was so bad and you had such a negative experience, why still come? Apparently its not as bad as she makes it out to be. In fact, its not bad at all. All phone calls are returned expeditiously and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

I am a single Mom and I personally went drove to the Studio to make my appt in person to be sure everything was scheduled correctly. Frankie wrote down that I was scheduled for a weave and cut and gave it to me for a reminder. I needed a reminder they did not. I had one son that day and had brought stuff to keep him occupied. Waited 30 minutes for my appt, which I did not mind only to find that I was only scheduled for a cut to now I am waiting a month later for an appt. Is this the customer service that they would like to be treated with? I assume so. I work with people every day and try to do my best to meet their needs. It must not matter to them the needs of others making good impressions on new customers.

I've been there several times to have my hair cut. The shop is hip and up to date. The stylist keep up with the latest styles and trends and aren't afraid to experiment from time to time. They're friendly and take the time to learn about you before recommending a particular style. I'm impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and the fun that the stylist seem to have with each other and their clients. My only gripe is the parking. The small lot is a little hard to get in and out of.
