They dod a good job. Got it done quickly and pointed out some other repairs needed on the roof and fireplace. They also gave us estimates on those additional repairs which is very helpful as we make plans to do those repairs.

The men who came were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and recommended several items for us to look into about the health of the chimney itself (outside) and the roof. A few shingles had blown off of our roof where they had been, and a Chimney Sweeps West professional glued them back into place (no charge). I plan to see about attempting to afford a new roof sometime in the Spring. We're on fixed incomes as senior citizens, but I think that these men were so professional that I'll attempt to get them to put on the new roof later. Thanks for a job well done!

Did a good job cleaning, answered all of my questions, gave me advice about what to watch out for in the future, what types of wood are best for my fireplace, and showed me some features of my fireplace which I hadn't noticed.. I was completely satisfied.
