I bought a vehicle from them. Engine light came on when I got on interstate after buying it just 6 miles down the road. They said they would get it fixed. Now they are backing out, due to price it cost to fix it. They said they would work

OK so I was driving a truck which I loved until time to fill it up. So I stopped in and after a couple of test drives I found a car I liked and David was so helpful!!! We got all the paperwork done quickly and I was ready to go in no time.

I have to be honest, when I first pulled up in the lot, I thought , "I'm not leaving my car here." I had a warranty issue and I had to use a Suzuki dealership, so rather than drive to Clarksville...I left my car there. \r

I was on the fence about buying a car since I recently just paid off my SUV but gas was killing my budget so I stopped in. My Salesman James was very straightforward and helpful. He didn't pressure me and was understanding when I told him

I have an excellent credit score. I saw a Hummer H2 at this location and agreed to a purchase price. Their lack of ethics and morals at this dealership were surprising to even me and I have been in sales for 20 years. They committed to including the installation of step rails on this vehicle if I agreed to the purchase price. They also gave me a 4.72% interest rate and when I went back to close they tried to change the rate to 5.0% and they rewrote the contract and this time left the agreement to include the rails out. I spoke with Howard several time and each time was a different lie. I have had this vehicle for almost 3 months and still don't have the side rails. After trying repeatedly to get him to deliver, he finally admitted that he had agreed to this without the dealerships permission and since he committed he would get them. Remember, the original deal was to put them on. I even agreed to split the cost of install with him if he just got the rails. Eventually I got tired of his repeated lies so I contacted Ted Brown, the dealership manager. He told me that he knew who I was and that he knew that Howard had agreed to include the step rails as part of the deal. He said he would see that Howard kept his agreement or he would take it out of his check. I had to call him repeatedly. He never proactively contacted me. After 2 weeks of this I finally talked to Ted Brown again and he said the rails were there on last Thursday and I did not come to pick them up. No one notified me that they were there. I had not heard from anyone. When I spoke to Ted again this morning he was absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He told me that he pulled the paperwork on my deal and there was no mention of the step rails and that Howard said they would be there at 9AM tomorrow and I could pick them up. I explained to him the agreement was to put them on. He said he was not going to get in the middle and that Suzuki didn't owe me anything. After he started talking over me and asked him to please hear me out. This is when he became rude and disrespectful. He said he didn't have to hear me out and that there was nothing I could do about the situation. If I wanted the rails I could pick them up at 9 in the morning and that was that. He was shouting at me and talking over me. I said I could not believe he was treating a customer like this and he said he didn't care what I thought. I said I would pick the rails up but I would never do business with them again. He said good. He didn't want my business. I know that car salesmen have a bad reputation and now I see why. It is people like the ones at Suzuki of Nashville that give salespeople who are trying to do the right thing a bad name. The only people I know of that have anything nice to say about these folks are people who couldn't get a car any other way. They will deal with people with challenging credit, but they are charging them outrageously to do so. These are not good guys trying to help people with poor credit. These are vultures, preying on people with poor credit because they know they can't get a car anywhere else. Their business practices are immoral at the least and unethical at best. If you have to buy a car, please look anywhere else other than Suzuki of Nashville.

The Best Decision I have made is buying a car from suzuki of nashville. I have no credit and everyone else wouldn't give me the time of day. The dealers that would help me don't report to credit bureau which in my opinion is dumb. You pay interest to gain credit. No I'm in a good car with a decent payment and I'm finally getting some credit. thank you suzuki of nashville

I HAVE NEVER BEEN LIED TO SO MANY TIMES IN SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME!!!! Ok, my fiance and I went to Suzuki of Nashville Saturday. We have poor credit. We ended up trying to get a Volkswagen Passat. We were told by one of the finance directors and the owner that they would get this deal for us. He said he was 99% sure he could get us financed.

We signed the paperwork, the car needed some work, it still needed to be cleaned, it had some dents, and a few things to the interior needed to be done(they had all day to clean it Saturday but didn't). So anyway our salesman and the owner told me to bring the car back Monday, drop it off at 8:30am and they would give me a loaner. And they assured me everything would be done Monday. So me and my son go down there that morning, ended up waiting for 3 hours(I guess they were trying to get out of giving me a loaner) So I finally told them I had to go, my son hadn't ate breakfast. They said they were waiting on the dent man, they asked me could I bring it back Friday, I said no so they gave me a loaner and said the car would be done soon.

A day went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called, they said it should be done by in the morning. Well 10 minutes later my fiance gets a call from a different finance director(who was extremely rude since he knew they wouldn't be making a sale with us) saying they couldn't get us approved for the Passat but they could put us in another car and they had some to choose from. So my fiance drives over there after work and waits. Next the finance director tells him he don't know what's going on. My fiance explains the situation and he says "oh yeah, we don't have any cars here for you." One lie right after another.

So, my fiance gets the keys to our trade in so he could bring it back home, BUT IT HAS BEEN ALL SCUFFED UP ON THE FRONT BUMPER!!! It looks like they hit something, there is now white paint on my car! My fiance was going to get a police report, they told him to have me to bring it back tomorrow and they would fix it...YEAH RIGHT! YET ANOTHER LIE FROM SUZUKI OF NASHVILLE I AM SURE!!!

If you read this review, please trust my story on this place and DON'T EVER GO THERE...THEY ARE PITIFUL...THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR THAT I HAD TO MARK ON THIS REVIEW!

And oh yeah, they told us to refer customers and they would pay us $200 cash or make a car payment for us...WELL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS....PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

I should begin by saying that my credit is just awful. So maybe it's partly my fault what I'm about to tell you. But anyway, here goes... **I drove into the lot ready to look at a replacement for my 1999 BMW 323i. They had quite a selection of used cars, but their new selection was scant. But they did have in stock what I was looking for - a new (in 2008) SX4 with a manual transmission. So far, so good. **A very friendly salesman greeted me after what seemed like a half hour of browsing. Mind you, it wasn't like the entire city of Nashville was there looking with me, so ten minutes should have been the max wait time. Anyway, the salesman showed me the car and we took it out for a drive. **When we returned, he offered to sit me down and work out some numbers. This part of the process is no one's favorite, least of all mine. But we went in and he worked with me for a while. He told me he couldn't finance the car without a co-signature. No surprise there. I was steadfast in my quest to get a car for $150 a month, so he went to get the finance manager. **The finance manager must have been busy, because I bet it was another twenty minutes before he came back. During this time, no one so much as offered me a glass of water while I sat there looking like an idiot. All the while, I couldn't help but listen to the rather boisterous staff talking to each other and using language that would make the most hardened sailor blush. I work at a bowling alley, so I'm no stranger to foul language and subject matter, but come on. At least tone it down in respect of a possible paying customer. There were no privacy partitions anywhere to be found, by the way. **The finance manager finally arrives and is annoyed before he even sits his arrogant behind down at the desk. I can see it in his face. Without even saying hello or shaking my hand (a sign of professionalism) he asks me what it would take to get me to agree to buy. I told him like I told the salesman - $150 a month - no more, no less. He asked how I came up with that number. I wanted to tell him it was none of his business, but I simply told him that's what I wanted to pay. He didn't even try to help me. No counteroffer, nothing. He just said "I can't do that." **Nice answer, that's exactly what a customer loves to hear. So, confused and a little upset, I muttered "Oh." I then told him thanks and that I would try to find a car elsewhere. His response to that? "I guess you will," at which point he gets up and leaves. He didn't thank me for visiting. He didn't apologize for not being able to help. He didn't even look at me when he told me that. **So, in case you can't tell, I am not a fan of Suzuki of Nashville. They could be giving away free Bentleys, but I wouldn't take one. I'm afraid anything they give me would turn me into an a-hole. **Bottom line, avoid them unless you like to listen to graphic dialog and deal with disrespectful "managers".

Don't go! We went there after recieving a call about pre-approval for a loan. Once we got there, a deposit was necessary-something that was not mentioned in the phone call. We got the car; and ONE MONTH and A WEEK LATER we were called back to "fill out some more paperwork; it'll only take about 25 minutes"... LIE! When we got there, with our two daughers; one of them sick, they wanted the car back or try to get another loan. "Unfortunately" we got caught up in their 'game', and after 5 hours, got a co-signer and got another car (obviously we needed a car ASAP). Then, 2 weeks later, we get another call that we still need to "fill out paperwork"! This time we told them what we were gonna do... we want all our paper work back, as well as our initial downpayment, we'll leave the car and go home. Customer service is no good... VERY unorganized and unprofessional. Don't waste your time!!!!!

BEST THINGS THAT EVER HAPPEN TO ME WAS WHEN I WALKED INTO SUZUKI ON BELL ROAD

Recently, I purchased a brand New suzuki SX4 from Suzuki of Nashville. I love my New car and it drives great. I recommend this dealership to everybody in middle tennessee area, because their salespeople and managers are very helpful and friendly and they try their best to put you in the vehicle of your choice and they offer the best deals. I am very happy with my purchase and really appreciate what everyone from sales to finance did for me.

I don't know why these people before me gave bad reviews about this dealership. I WAS TAKEN CARE OF PERFECTLY. Well, when I came in they immediately greeted me and I met the person I was talking to the whole entire week. Her name was Annie and she was really upfront and honest with me over the phone. I've been talking to her and I told her I've been turned down so many times and I didn't know whether to come in or not. I have very poor credit and I couldn't put down alot of money for the down payment. She said come in anyways and she'll try her best to help me out. She did her job and I haveher to thank. She got Bill to take care of me and he is a very good salesman. He didn't pressure me to buy just any vehicle and he set me up with payments I can actually afford. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who has had a bad luck trying to finance for a car!!!!! The parts and service center is great, they take care of me whenever I need help for my car. I went out of my way to come all the way to Suzuki of Nashville on Bell Rd. I came from Louisville, Kentucky and now live in Nashville,TN. and it was totally worth it. I now have a 2007 Nissan Altima with low monthly payments with no big down payment!!!! Just ask for Annie, I don't know if she still works there or not, but I always tell my friends who are in need of a car to come see her there.

I love these people!!!! I love my new car!!! I've been lied to by many dealerships in the area .They told me anything just to get me there and I spent a lot of time and gas on wild goose chases. They all wanted thousands down on cars that weren't worth my time. I had been talking with Marie at Suzuki of Nashville for a few days and she was right on target. She understood my situation, assured me she could help me and didn't make wild promises. I was so discouraged but decided to try just once more. I shoould have gone there first! I was treated with respect and made to feel welcome from the start. I got a car I love with payments lower than I expected. I have highly recommended this dealership to friends and family!

I have had a lot of bad experiences at dealers in my life, at least 30 years worth. Especially recently because I needed to buy a new car with horrible credit. After a series of lies about getting approved from other dealers I had little faith that anyone with be able to help me after repeatedly being told that I was approved at zero down and not leaving with anything because I need $3,000 down when I got to the dealership. When I received a call from a salesperson at Suzuki of Nashville I instantly asked him to guarantee that I would leave with a car he didn't lie and tell me I would. He told me the truth, that he could not guarantee me any thing over the phone. Just because of the fact the he did lie I consider going. I finally decide to go because I just so happened to be around the dealership about three days after his call. When I saw the dealership I though just off its look that they couldn?t help me, but after meeting the salesperson I was impressed. He was nice, he listened, and he found a car the best fit my needs. Ultimately the finance department GOT ME APPROVED!!!! The made me feel at home. I highly recommended SUZUKI OF NASHVILLE to any and everyone. I'm 100% sure I will be back

All this dealership wants is to get your money and sell you a car, after that and all promises they make will not come to be. We purchased a car on Jan. 4, 2008. All the salesman, General Manager, as well as the President were so glad and would help out at any time, even promised us free oil with our oil change. One problem we did not get an owners manual, and was promise the next week we would have one. After calling the salesman several times and then the GM, and the President, we got no call backs nor a manual. All they want is to sell you a car. Went to get an oil change, would be 2 days to get scheduled and of course we had to purchase the oil after being promised we would get the oil free.
Look out for this dealership. I have registered a complaint with Suzuki Automotive of American about this dealership. We were considering a Kia, but bad reviews on that dealership got us to look at Suzuki.
We love the car, it is great, a Grand Vitra, would not give it up for anything and a good buy, but the dealership has a lot to be desired and we will not deal with them again on anything. Suzuki of American was very responsive and our manual is on the way with only one phone call, why could the salesman, GM, or the President make one simple phone call to provide good customer service? The don't care after they got your money
