Kids had a blast, but we had two golf balls get stuck in the pipes on hole #4 and couldn't get them out, so we let our children use the other two balls. Because you are up on top of the mountain and we didn't know of other way to communicate with those running the booth, we let the kids finish. Once we got to the bottom we explained what happened and found out we just paid $20 for a ride up the hill! They claimed there wasn't anything they could do. :-( Poor customer service!!

We stopped on the way into town to walk the parkway and this was the first place we visited. It is definitely a unique course in that it is built on the side of the mountain. You ride an "old mine train" to the top and putt your way down. The walkways are a little unlevel but I liken it to hiking a paved mountain trail. We had a lot of fun and would go back again.

The layout is built into the side of a mountain which sounds like fun but is a bit dangerous. You ride up to the course in an old elevator/tram type lift, which my kids enjoyed. Everything aside from the greens themselves are VERY unlevel. Do not attempt to take small children as they will trip and fall quite often. The price is decent but that's about all that's good about the place.

This place is a little outdated, but still fun. Hopping on a two-seater cart, riding up a hill and working your way back down while playing golf what could be better. This was a really fun. Something I've never done before. It was very different that some of the other gold games I've played. Try it I'm sure you'll have fun too.

This putt putt facility is old and outdated. I am sure that Hillbilly Golf was built back in the early 70s and you can tell by the condition. It is, however, unique in that you ride on an inclide railroad to get to the top of the course. The price is average for other putt putt courses in the area. Although, I personally do not like this course, it does tend to stay busy throughout the major tourist season.
