Well, after reading these reviews I was very leery of going here but was pleasantly surprised. I tried Sears and A-1 Appliance first but they were out of my part. They both would have had to order it. I very much wanted to have my

First of all I should have known better than to deal with a company that won't answer the phone local. You have to go through a call center. The call center could not find my part number although I had it right. Finally after the second call they find the part. I ended up not needing that part and tried to return it to the store.....guess what!!!! No refund....exchange or in store swap for the parts I actually need. I wouldn't purchase the parts I needed there...I told them I would go elsewhere. They act like they are all for the "Do it yourselfer" but with a crappy return policy like that, how can someone that has to do a couple of trial parts manage to fix anything at a good cost. I know better than to ever deal with them again!!!!!

I am a 39+ year old female homeowner. I went here for a part for my washing machine and was told I had the wrong part number, which I did not, and called "Honey" and "Sweetheart".
Their 800 number was even less helpful.
No woman who's attempting to fix her own washing machine should have to endure being treated as if she were stupid, and called "Sweetheart" by a strange man.
I went to A-1, even though they were all the way in Bellevue - they were respectful and helpful. Try them first.
