I am a pro musician who invested about $4k into gear, recently. Since my funds were allocated tightly, I needed the most bang out of the bucks and did some searches on the web. When I cam up with RMC Audio, I did not believe it could be true that they wer legitimate and offering prices so low. I called them up and they convinced me it was not a scam, had been around over a decade and so I placed an order with them for some electric V-Drums by Roland and a K-2 Rodes mic (with the free M3 they were offering with that purchase). The price on the Roland was so low that I could have resold it and made money. The extra 5% on the total bill they knocked off for my first-time sale on top of the already super-low price took it $100 under the lowest price I had seen advertises.
I was nervous until it shipped. When it arrived and everything was in place as it was supposed to be, I placed another order with them for a Mackie Universal Control Surface, some Yamaha MSP-5's, a Roland Juno keyboard and several high-quality cables, stands. Their prices were staggeringly low. I got WAY more than I would have gotten for the exact same money had I used Guitar Center, ZZSounds, Sam Ash even Full Compass.
Their service is also as remarkable and exceptional. They have an expert on mics, which I needed, an expert on monitors, software and computers, MIDI- everything. They were all very nice and friendly, eager and willing to help or listen.
This is really a business as it should be. I am not paid to make this review. If all companies behaved as these folks do then I think there would be no Better Business Bureau or price-inflating anywhere.

HIGHLY recommended. I have not found a better company yet to deal with for musical equipment.

This store blows guitar center out of the water. Although they don't have nearly the stock that major chains have, they have the staff that you need when purchasing a new instrument. Everyone they hire plays some sort of instrument, most have mastered many. They also offer lessons, both from staff and from local musicians renting rooms in their facilities. Prices and knowledge alone blow away the guitar center only miles away. Also available is a foyer full of music ads, and upcoming shows, for any interested musician or listener.

PROS: Staff, Price
CONS: Selection
