My husband and I have eaten gyros for years. I have been so-so on them until now. This is the BEST gyro I have ever had. The meat was tender but crisp at the edges and JUICY. The only drawback is that it's not open every day (Closed Sunday) and there isn't one in Nashville, only in Brentwood, so we have to make the drive. It's worth it for sure.

Pros: Unbelievably good food

Cons: No restaurant in Nashville

Great tabouli, maybe best ever. Good portions, excellent cleanliness, good prices. The rice is a little on the "cheezy" side for my taste, hey but what the heck its supposed to be authentic Greek food and it may be that way authentically. The heroes are heroic and the baklava is sumptuous. I'm afraid to try some of the more exotic dishes they have there but for someone who loves and knows Greek food this should be heaven. We have added this cafe to our list!

This is a small restaurant in the Cool Springs area. They have great authenic Greek food. You can get a plate for less than $6.00. They will fix it any way you want it. The baklava is heavenly and the service is always good. I have not been there in a few months, but the last time I was there the food was great. The store is always neat and clean and they often have coupons.
