This review is neither bad or good, just in different. You can find a much more supportive teacher elsewhere. She is a bit temperamental. She does seem to do great with the senior citizen yogi, with her gentle yoga classes.

Pros: parking

Cons: small space

I have been going to One 2 Yoga for three years now, am constantly challenged, and leave every single class feeling self-confident, calm and centered. Jan is an incredible teacher, and opens her arms to people of all beliefs and religious backgrounds.

I entrust both of my children (ages 5 and 9) to Jan in her Kids Yoga classes, and they never fail to come out beaming. It is wonderful for their self-esteem as well as their overall health and well-being, and is some of the best money I have ever spent. Worth every single penny!

Pros: Family atmosphere

Cons: I would like even more classes during times I can attend.

I don't get a good vibe spiritually. The instructor seems uptight. She makes false abuse claims against people who do not share her religion or who are different. There was a family who did finally win their case, and it turned out the instructor, Jan, sent the DCS against them because they are a little different than everybody else, i.e., homeschool nerds. It gives me a weird feeling. Yoga is about accepting people's differences.

Pros: Somewhat convenient

Cons: Instructor is uptight, has issues

This is the only place that is deovted to yoga only. The classes are mostly in the evening, with some during the day. The teacher is very experienced.
