Very unhappy with service and repairs. I would not return or recommend this place to others. I was given one price over the phone and the charged more at pick-up. Very unprofessional. You best bet is to stick with the places like Geek

Had a tech come to my home to fix sound on desktop.
He charged my for a full hour service and then tried to sell me a new monitor, speakers, cables, etc. Shortly after he left, I discovered the problem had not been resolved. I called first thing the next morning to notify them that they not had repaired problem they had charged me for. Sent tech out again to discover that he had plugged something in to wrong place, and then demanded another service charge!!!
I suspect the plug was done deliberately to initiate another service call. Very shady and unethical. Steer clear!!!!!!!!! They should not get any stars.
