terrible service. i have to call every other week just to get my trash picked up. they took over from another disposal company last year and never informed their new customers that a new company had taken over or that some things changed

Twice this company has taken more then a week to pick up trash on our street. Once it was due to a holiday the second time I suppose it was due to snow. They don't bother calling, emailing, writing anyone to tell them the reason why their trash pickup is being delayed.

Cons: never know when your trash will be picked up

The best word I can think of to describe my experiences with them.They claim to be a "hometown" company but the bill comes form California.This may be why I have had problems.I admit I paid my bill late this quarter.But this doesn't explain why 13 days after my check was cashed in California,Wells Fargo is the bank they use. They came and took away there bin.When I called and left my address and said they came and mistakenly took it,they still did not return it.I have a job so I can't call them during their hours or be home if they call back but I left a message twice.I told them that 13 days earlier the billing address cashed my check and gave them the date.They could have called California to see I was telling the truth.Maybe if they stayed local it would help.
