I recently had a procedure done at MCRH....a 4 hour procedure. It was the absolute worst 4 hours of my life...that place is hell. The second I walked in the door, I wanted to leave. The clinic is a house, living room is the 1st waiting room all the seats are taken because everyone within a 100 mile radius was scheduled the same appointment time, so I stand. It smells like cigarettes and body odor. I finally get called in to have tests run-this takes less than 30 minutes. I am then instructed to follow the stairs up to the 3rd floor...and wait. The third floor is a tiny attic with one fan and atleast 20 girls who have been there from of range of 3 hours to 5 minutes-we couldn't leave the attick. The only way I could make the 2 1/2 hours I waited was to peer out the 1 tiny window in the room and wish I was out there. Finally I'm called down and wait some more, but this time I get to sit and watch every girl recover from their procedure-which is extremely scary. I finally get to the procedure room and I am in there for 5 minutes max, the doctor is in there for 1 minute max. My experience was absolutely horrible!!! The waiting, the smells, the sights, and the way we were treated. The staff was fine, they did their job...but they made it clear they didn't want to be there anymore than the patients did. They were ordering pizza for themselves(we weren't aloud to eat that day), taking cigarette break after cigarette break(we weren't aloud smoke breaks), and counting the number of patients left and complaining about it within earshot, so all of us patients heard every word. I left that place more afraid I contracted some virus from the clinic than from the procedure. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone, not if you like comfort, good treatment, cleanliness, safety, respect, and time management. Atleast they've got a good set-up going that would fit perfectly into the next horror movie-dark, creepy, and dirty.

The facility is very unassuming. It almost feels cozy on the inside. The waiting room can get a little crowded but is managable. The staff is the star of this show though. All are well trained, kind, compassionate and very knowledgable in medical and social aspects of their business. They take a very difficult decision and help guide the client through the process. Highly recommended should these services ever be needed.
