I miss you guys!

by Cheryl J.

Pisa Pizza has been my fave from day one. The Downtowner and Margaretha are my favorite pizzas, but I lust for the baked spaghetti with roasted garlic and gorgonzola added; it's the unsung hero here. Whenever I come home to visit, you can bet I'm taking a car load of take out home to Nashville. Amy is greatly missed!

Awesome Pizza

by jennifer c. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 9,172

This is my favorite pizza stop. They mainly serve pizza but do have small salads and some pasta like eggplant Parmesan and lasagna.

The wait staff is made up of mostly college students and the service is really good. The pizza comes as you order it and it comes out quickly.

They have a zillion different toppings and also have a lunch pizza. There are a couple of arcade games in there as well as a small porch to sit outside.

The pizza is truly great and the atmosphere is fun.
I almost forgot to mention that you can buy the dough from them and make your own pizza at home. I have done that for a party and it was a complete success.

Yummy and Unique Pizzas

by Anonymous

Pisa Pizza is a great little pizza joint. They are worth the trip to their restaurant if you're out of their limited delivery zone. Forget one of the mass chains and go here. The dining area is a large open room and can get a bit noisey, but that makes it all the easier to take the kids along and not stress about your kids being the noisey ones. Kids can also watch the cooks toss the pizza dough behind the bar. You have your option of white or wheat crust on any pizza and you can choose from regular old pepperoni to one of their specialty pizzas featuring such toppings as gorgonzola cheese, eggplant, pesto, sundried tomatoes and many other yummy things. They have beer on tap and in the bottle as well as soft drinks. Appetizers are pretty basic and not really worth filling up on before that pizza arrives!

PROS: Great pizza
CONS: Noisey dining area
