Ugly lopsided arrangement, droopy flowers

I was delivered the ugliest arrangement from Ultimate Expressions. The flowers were droopy and the arrangement lopsided.

A gift that should have made me smile brought me to tears.

I wanted to send the florist a picture in case the damage was done during delivery, but they have no email address on their website. When I called to complain I was told it was "supposed to look like that"
