They broke my A/C and didn't pay to fix. They told me they were the best in the industry then made a mistake and would not pay a small fee.

They wanted to charge me 8k for a full replacement but i called the roof supply and they referred me to a company called sealatec, they came out and restored my roof to like new with out spending a ton of money, which i couldnt even see any of the damage the roofer or insurance company was pointing out anyway, so for about 2700 bucks it bought me piece of mind that the problem was corrected.. I would definatly call them again www.sealatec.com

Lon Smith Roofing Company re roofed my house. They punctured my A/C line and cost me $458.00. We asked them to please pay our A/C bill and they refused. Later they offered us half of the damages and we declined. They then told us we were in violation of city codes when no such code exists. They were rude and could care less that we had to sleep in 90 degree heat with 2 dogs.

We are going to medication with the Ft Worth BBB and possibly arbitration.

I have had nothing but problems with Lon Smith from the day they put the roof on back in July 2008. Now we are getting rain and the roof is leaking and damaging my house. All I ever get from that company is rude, loud people that talk over you and tell you they understand and they will fix whatever they damage. What kind of business ethic is that? How about doing it right and not causing me any damage? They ruined my flower beds and several bushes when they dropped all the roof garbage all around the house. I was extremely careful and still managed to step on a nail and I'm still picking crap out of my flower beds and places in the yard I w ouldn't expect to find roofing materials. No matter how many time I ask for an itemized bill and give them the correct mailing address they can't get it right. They claim they handle the insurance companies for you. Don't believe that. They send the paperwork to the insurance comapny and that's it. They never call you to give you updates. When I spoke with them about what had they done about the insurance they made my insurance company sound incompetent. Actually they were just making excuses for Lon Smith Roofing not doing what they present themselves as doing. The only reason I gave them a star is because this rating site makes you give at least one.

After a storm I called Lon Smith Roofing to inspect my 10+ year old roof. The inspectors walked over my roof for 15-30 minutes and then told me it was in very good condition and I didn't need anything done. Imagine that - a company that is honest and doesn't do unneeded repairs!
