We called on Wednesday to verify the prescription was ready. We let the pharmacy know we would pick it up on Thursday. We drove 25 miles to pick it up. When we arrived, we were told the prescription was not ready. After waiting 15 minutes for the staff to figure out what was going on - we were told they put the prescription back and it would take 2 hours to fill it. \nWe did not have 2 hours to wait and it was too far to drive again. \nWe do not recommend. Staff extremely unhelpful.

Not sure why other reviewer said not friendly. The staff bent over backwards to help me and my sick child. Was very greatful for the customer service that seems to be missing from other stores. Thanks

Highly recommend this pharmacy the staff was very attentative and helpful. I was helped right away and with a smile. My prescription was ready in less than five minutes!!! You can't get that anywhere else. You must try this pharmacy and they do compounding too.

I get several compounded products from Quick on a regular basis. Some of the prescriptions are somewhat ""alternative"" and uncommon...I try to use more natural and less toxic substances whenever I have the choice, and the Quick pharmacists have helped me with this! The compound pharmacist at Quick knows more about these than some of the physicians who prescribe them. I have gotten lots of good advice from the pharmacists at Quick Pharmacy! I give them several days to get my prescription ready, but they seem to always be ready the next day.

Our premie had reflux so we needed compounded Prilosec. People's Pharm. was great but too far to drive.\r\nQuick on the other hand pharmacy staff are RUDE. No greeting. No thank you, come again. They ask what you want, get it and hand it to you with the price. They never had compounds available like People. People would always have a fresh compound made up since they had a lot of premies on Prilosec. Quick demanded we call 24 hours ahead when needing a refill and then they rarely had it ready for pick up and were rude about it. One time the Dr. sent in a new refill request since the dosage changed to put ON FILE not a request to fill which they did.. They had it sitting there for two weeks and tried to sell it to me when I called in a new refill. Compounds lose their effectiveness at around 14 days so it was important my baby get a fresh compound. They then pretended to give me a new one but gave me the same after making me wait and were rude (once again about it) and refused to print a new label with that day's date... Luckily I noticed the date on the label when I first picked up and questioned why it had been filled two weeks earlier...\r\nAt one point my husband refused to go pick up the compound every two weeks because they were so rude. The pharmacist actually told my husband when once again a compound was not ready and they did not have time to make one aka refused to make one while he waited and before they closed, and my husband stated that we called it in the day before and we were OUT that we were overdosing our baby and using too much and should still have some left! Hello, try getting medicine in an infant the first try. You waste a lot and either way they should have been more compassionate and just taken the few minutes to do up the compound. Other times they were so rude he felt uncomfortable.\r\n\r\nWe were ready to go back to People's and had enough of the rude staff and incompetence when our son was taken off the compound.\r\n\r\n

If you are looking for a great pharmacy that is personable and with a great staff this is the place. I never have to wait more than five minutes for a prescription. I understand that with a compound it is a 24 hour turn around but that is expected consindering that the pharmacist has to specially make this drug. The personal service and friendly employee's keep me coming back again and again. With chain pharmacies I was just a number with Quick I am an appriciated customer. Another great aspect is that they have a drive through and price match other pharmacies. With all the chain pharmacies poping up on every corner it is nice to have a personal pharmacy that knows me still around.

I have been using Quick Pharmacy to have a prescription filled for my 7 month-old son. His medication reuires that it be compounded which is something ordinary pharmacies don't do. The pharmacy has told me that if I request a refill first thing in the morning that they will have it ready by closing the same day. I request a refill per their instructions and it's constantly delayed. For example, one time the pharmacist told me point blank that he didn't have time for this today and wouldn't be able to fill it for a couple of days. I was the only one at the pharmacy at the time and when I walked in the pharmacist was standing behind the counter reading a magazine. Unfortunately for people like myself, I don't have a choice as to what pharmacy I can use.

Quick Pharmacy has been around forever! I really don't like going here because the place is small, parking is limited and the people who work there are not friendly at all. I like to be greeted occasionally and for someone to acknowledge that I'm actually there. They take all major insurance but it's not enough for me.

PROS:
CONS: Not very friendly, small.
