The New West Apartments

We moved in this place in November because the rent was cheap but we really like it here. The managers told us that they would be doing some changes soon but every apartment we ever lived in said the same thing and nothing ever happened. If we wanted something and they couldn't do it they just tell me I am not going to be able to do it and if it was going to take a few days they would tell us. These apartments have been doing a lot of changes they just replaced every roof here and now they are painting and replacing some walls and are supposed to be doing other things. They are kinda strict on the rules but we like it here this is the first time we haven't been told lies. Thank you for being honest. Gabby G.

Being a recent widow, I did not have a lot of money to spend on a place to live. Eagles Landing was incredibly reasonable for a very large 2 bedroom apartment. The staff is courteous and responds to tenant concerns. They offer great summer programs for the children also, which a single parent really appreciates.

Ms. Rosales, the manager, evicted a tentant right on the spot. Yes, right on the spot and under the rain. She even cut the tenant's electricity out right when the tenant was trying to salvage what little she could. She evicted her under the rain. She is a cold, mean and worthless person. She so does not deserve to be in a public service environment.

I have lived here for 10 yrs. & I have seen this property go through some bad times. However the management we have had for the past 2 & 1/2 to 3 years have done so many improvements. The crime here has tremendously changed for the good. The maintenance issues that I have had are all done in a timely manner. If your looking for a nice place to live I am suggesting you to at least give Eagles Landing Apartments a chance... Then you let us know what you think...

Lived there a long time (due to financial issues). The management is uncooperative and doesn't respond to repair requests. Over the course of the stay, they refused to making repairs that were documented in the original lease agreement. Tile replacement and carpet repairs top the list. Then had the audacity to present me with a repair bill once I had moved out. Went after my credit when I wouldn't pay. Stay away from this place. It reeks. No one watches their kids and once found feces in the pool along with a discarded diaper.

old appliances and HVAC equipment, no response or assistance from emergency service during emergencies, very slow response for maintenace issues, did not repair items listed for repair at time of move-in during the coarse of a year's lease, no control over the noise in the complex at night or the children hanging out at night
