Wow! What can I say. I reserved a 35 Passenger Limo/Party bus from this company and it meet all my expectations. The bus was brand new and had two big screen tvs and striper poles. It sure did my bachelorette Party memorable. Only now did I wake up from my party last night. And I thought it was a dream until I saw all the pictures. WOW, WHAT A NIGHT!!!

I just want to take a moment of my time to thank you again, for the excellent service. I have lived and worked in Houston for over 10 years and always use your services and I always find your company extremely reliable. Last month, I was getting married and my wife and I wanted everything to go smooth, taking care of the transportation gave us a piece of mind. Everyone was very happy and impressed with the limousines (They especially loved the flat panel TVs). All our guests were eager to know your company's name. The best part was your driver Francisco; he was very attentive and curious. Once again, THANK YOU and I want you to know that I recommend your service to everyone!

Poor service, left us in middle of trip!

We hired RCL for a trip to Reliant stadium for Monday Night Football. We were told we would have a new stretch limo. What showed up was an old Excursion driven by a guy who barely spoke english. This thing sounded like it would fall apart at every bump! No ice or anything in the limo that was promised. The driver got lost going to our destination. He did not seem very familiar with Houston, or this country for that matter. We asked him for a cell # to call when we were ready to be picked up, but that did no good. When we called just a message. Called back a few min. later, no answer. By now we were outside, cold and looking for our driver...not to be found! we called the Co. directly after 30 min. all they would tell us is that he is not answering his phone...Really???! Then he said we must be in the wrong place and should go find him then hung up on me! I went to wave down a cab and there at the stoplight is my limo!! I yelled across the street to pick us up at the corner...he just put his phone to his ear, looked me in the eye and drove away. Never saw him again! My guess is that he was sneaking in another short trip while he was supposed to be waiting on us. Be very careful if you use this Co., they are crooks!

About a week before my wedding this past Saturday, my grandfather offered to pay for a limousine for my wedding. I was worried that I will not find a vehicle in enough time. I was also worried that if I don't go and look a the vehicles myself, I would not get what I ordered. I went to several limousine companies in the Galleria area. Some were helpful, some just wanted me to give them my money before I even looked at the vehicle. I went to Royal's office and was impressed with both the vehicle and the customer service I was provided. The young lady in the front office (Linda) was very informative and showed me all the limousine available for my wedding day. The limousine was clean and stored inside there big warehouse. I even saw that they had mechanics on staff to take care of the vehicles. I was really impress with their company even before I reserved the vehicle. I went back to Royal the next day and after visiting a few more companies to reserve my limousine. On the day of my wedding the limousine came almost a full ? hour before they were to pick me up. I had a great driver in Jeffery. He held my head every time I enter and exited the limousine, and evening help me with the train of my dress. He was quite a gentleman. The limousine was also beautiful and clean. They also were to roll out the red carpet for me for my departure form the church, but it stated to rain heavily during the ceremony, but Jeffery was there with umbrella in hand to escort me and my new husband Greg to the waiting limousine. Thank you very much Royal Carriages Limousine, you truly made my first experience renting a limousine memorable.

Awful experience

Dirty car, non working AC, insufficient seatbelts for the children. A 20% tip was on the bill, non- negotiable despite poor service. Owner unwilling to make any accommodation. Ruined an otherwise pleasant birthday party for my daughter.

Great Wedding

I used Royal Carriages for my Wedding last Saturday. I just got back from my honeymoon and used them to get home from the airport. Julian was a great driver - very professional and courteous. The limo was brand new (I told it was a 2004) but it was newer than that. :)

What a wonderful night...

There is nothing that I can say to show my gratitude for Royal Carriages. I have rented limousines from other companies, but never from a company that actually knows what they are doing.
I made my reservation on there website and was emailed back a confirmation soon afterward. I called to reconfirm my reservation, and was greeted with the most personable voice (The young lady on the phone, actually sounded like she was happy to help me~you don't usually get that anymore these days).
The next day the limousine arrived and my wife cried with happiness. I never rented a limousine that was so new and clean. The limousine didn't smell. I was very impressed with the condition of the limo.
The driver also wonderful. He knew exactly what to do.
Thank you Royal Carriages...You made my wife happy on her birthday, and made me a very happy man!

I was very pleased with service, from my first request for a quote to my last goodbye with my driver.
I made my reservation with Carla and I received my confirmation within minutes. When Julian (our driver) pick us (my bride and myself), we were extremely happy with both our limousine and service. I'm usually not one to write reviews-but I could not forget what I wonder time we had. Thank you!
