I worked at the flower shop as delivery person for about a year. I never saw the owner get upset in anyway. I never had one bad delivery ever. Mark was very nice to work for and would work for Him again. I think a couple bad reviews below might not be all true. Mark also made sure that every Holiday I took a nice arrangement home to my family.

Pflugerville Floral Design runs a crooked and unethical business. I won't be recommending repeat business with them. Valentine's Day order (about $150) never arrived on 2-14-11, no note on the door or phone call to let me know the delay which would have been sufficient. Next morning, the flower "miraculously" appeared outside the front door, so I called the floral shop to come and pick it up, I have no use for it day after. The OWNER - MARK (said he was the owner) REFUSED to listen to the customer's concerns, and basically told me I was a liar because their delivery record said it was delivered.
Update- the OWNER - MARK called me on 2-16-11 and condescendingly lectured and said he was taping the conversation (sounded like an intimidation) and insisted they delivered the flowers because their record said so. He said, "since I have the flowers they HAVE BEEN delivered on time (what kind of logic is this?). Instead of seeking to find out what happened whether there's a need to check on their delivery system they put the blame right on the customer. I call this bad business practice. DON"T EVER USE THIS SHOP.

My daughter-in-law and I visited Pflugerville Floral Design to discuss and pick out flower arrangements for my birthday party. The owner of the shop was very kind and gave us several suggestions about which flowers to use and what colors would look best together. We selected the flowers for the party and left with a great feeling about how the arrangements would look. I was not disappointed with the three lovely arrangements for my 60th birthday party. Many of my guests commented on the beautiful flowers. Thank you for making my day extra special. J Adams????

I am not sure who David is or what the issue was, however as the owner of the shop I have never "screamed" at a customer and told them to get out. I try very hard to make sure I put out attractive arrangements for all my customers. The only time I request deposits is for weddings. While I am not perfect I have had very few complaints from my customers over the past 7 years in business. I would invite David L to contact me so I may understand what the problem was and to clear up any misconecption regarding his order. I stand behind my arrangements and if the customer is not happy with the product we will replace it or refund their money.

I had such a crazy experience there that was, quite frankly a little bit scary.I had placed a simple order (I do not want to be specific, as you would not want to be after you read this) a week in advance for an occasion, and I double checked the order by calling a day in advance and talked to, lets say "The Man" I believe to be the owner. He said "everything was ready". So the next day I went to pick up my order and it was completely wrong. I said nicely " I think you have the wrong order" and he instantly, in a bi-polar sort of way. started to raise his voice and deny that this was what I ordered. Well, I always cover myself on a order that is so special because of the event I needed them for, and I was faxed an invoice showing the exact order (the correct one, not the one he was presenting me at though counter) and I had signed it and made a copy. All looked well when I first placed the order,.SO I asked him to get the invoice that he had faxed me and check it against the order he was trying to get me to take. HE said he would not waste his time because he know it was right. SO I said nicely that I had a copy in the car and that I would get it. Give me a second. He said nastily, "You do that". So I showed him the invoice, from his place mind you, and he said that I had made this up I could not believe what I was hearing, like I constructed another invoice with Photoshop or something just to create this flower chance conspiracy. I was still calm and said, "please go get your copy and show me, as I am sorry and maybe I made a mistake" trying to calm what looked like a troubled person. Now, get this. He says a couple of nasty snippy comments implying that I am trying to get over on him, and finally goes into the back, then, 2 minutes later the lights go off in the store.I said, "hello, hello" , then after like 10 minutes I hear him start screaming, (no exaggeration) screaming like a madman " get out, get out now!". It was surreal. I said, hellom are you OK? He starts coming out from the back and pointing like really close to my face "get out", so I left.I have never seen or heard of anything as crazy as this guy. Summery: Needless to say, I will never go there again, and recommend that EVERYONE should stay away from this place at al costs!!! Thank God I did not make a deposit, even though they asked for one, I never figuredout what the heck went on there.
