It may sound extreme but this is the worst daycare I've ever encountered. Rude office staff. Completely unprofessional. For insistence when clocking in my child I over hear the MANAGEMENT talking poorly about the parents, co-workers and sad to say this even the children! Mocking them in a terrible fashion. It's extremely out dated the toys are in poor condition. The place smells horrific. The food is disgusting of very low quality. My child did nothing all day! their academic program is a joke. I may sound negative but there is nothing positive to say about that place only that their prices are fairly low, and now I understand why. My child hated this day care. I also felt uneasy about it. Walking to pick my child up I would see so many on their Mobil devices even upper management. They would try to hide it smile and greet me. Completely unprofessional. Walking to their playground I would see the teachers in a corner on their phone while the children were at the table just sitting there. I had it when them and their lack of interest with the children. PLEASE do not take your children to this place.

I haven't had anything but an aweful experience having my children attend this childcare facility. You'll unerstand just by walking in the door. You say hi, they just ignore you or give you "the look" is what I call it. Rude and uninviting. The first problem was the harrassment for payment. If we were one or two days late on payment the world would turn over at that place. They are not friendly one bit. They even threatened and told my husband he couldn't leave with the kids without payment. We've never owed them more than 80 dollars as a past due payment. It is aweful harrassment!!! And its not like they just remind you, they demand payment and let you know exactly what you are behind on in front of anyone who walks in the door. Which is NO BODY ELSES BUSINESS! The second problem is my sister-in-law's children go to this daycare as well and she brought home a sippy cup that had black mold in side the stopper. The next day my son whose in the same class as her son went home vomitting. I had to miss several days of work throughout three weeks because of this. Took him to the doctor several times. The third problem, I was told I was poor by one of the teachers at the front desk because I am on CCMS. She was talking to another lady at the front desk saying, "Sorry Jennifer you don't have to worry about this since your not poor like us" and Jennifer replied "Thank God". I stated that I was not poor, daycare is entirely too expensive for me to pay full price for two kids and have to work full-time to pay everything else, but I am not poor. The fourth problem was when my oldest had an ear infection and the ear drops were supposed to be given every two hours. The director Renae clearly stated to me that there was no way they could keep up with that medication especially during pick up time, that it was impossible and that there's no way they would do that. They only give medication twice daily at lunch time and at 4:30 and if I wanted him to have it anymore throughout the day that I would have to leave work and come give it to him myself. I've had my kids in one other daycare which was Children's Courtyard and have NEVER had any problems like this. I guess because they are more professional and know what the actual laws are they have to abide by. Peanutt Gallery is not a daycare I would ever recommend to anyone I care about. I've reported them to the state and am taking any kind of action I can to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.

I moved in from out of state and only had time for a quick review of facilities and chose this one because it was close to my home and appeared on the surface to be a good place. Unfortunately it took me 6 months of having my child here to realize just how bad things were. They ignored dietary restrictions due to allergies and the director was indifferent about it when it happened. (It left my daughter with horrible hives and a raw bottom). I always wondered why my daughter was ravenous when I picked her up at 5:30...I often thought it was because they ate lunch so early. Now I found out from a staff member that they cut their food portions to save money! How have they not been shut down by the state? I pulled my daughter and have her enrolled at an amazing daycare just down the road for $5 more it is worth WAY more than that to know my daughter is safe, well fed and LEARNING!

The peanut Gallery is a really good daycare. I took my kids there over the Holiday break and they really enjoyed it and the prices were well worth it. My kids loved it and wanted to go back which says a lot when it comes to my kids liking a daycare.
