Called Sander's to come use their camera in our pipes to see if tree roots had grown into them or it was something worse. Quote from worker, ""that will cost $100.00 extra, you don't need it, it's only tree roots"". Um, okay. They work for about 10 minutes and can't get the problem worked out. I say, ""okay get the camera"". Sander's response, ""we can't the camera is broken, we have to send it to Ridgid to get fixed"" \n\nThey out and out lied to us. Plus couldn't fix the problem. I offer to pay them for their services, to which the worker says it should be 148.00, but he says not to pay it yet because we didn't fix anything. \n\nTwo days later we get a bill for over $200.00. Go to confront Sanders himself. Sanders himself said they didn't lie, they just told you it was broken when they needed too. We asked for the camera to be used first. Then the bill over $200.00? Sanders said he couldn't help us, the secretary was out of the office, come back later, he'd didn't do the hourly billing.\n\nI go back later, secretary is still not back. Sanders says he will knock 1/2 an hour of the bill...it was then $148, which was originally quoted. Sanders plumbing lied again. He could have fixed the bill the first time. \n\nBeware of hourly rate, it starts when they leave the shop. We live on 3rd St. it literally takes 3 minutes or less to get to my house. They were at our house for less then 45 minutes. \n\nBeware of less then honest business ethics.

i had an experience with some work i had done. i had pipes bust in a freeze and asked them to go out and take a look at the problem and fix the leaks. they fixed one at a time and came back 3 different times and finally did what they should have done the first time the third tiime. whenever i would call them and have to ask them to go back out to see the lady i was given a hard time by the lady in the office. highly to recommend you

During the week that Texas had extremely cold weather I woke up to no water or heat. I called Kyle Harrison & Sons Well Service they came out, thawed out the pipes in the well house and insulated. They we here for at least an hour and only charged me $113.00. I still didn?t have water at the house or heat so the following day my husband called Sanders Plumbing. They came out, removed the water softener, cut out a broken line and replaced two small pieces of pipe. I was blown away when I received the bill. They charged $295.00 for labor (they were here an hour) and $5.53 for the replacement pipe. We called the office for an explanation and were told they start charging the minute they leave the office and stop the clock when they return. It?s only a 15-20 minute drive from my house to Lampasas yet they charged us for two and half hours. That?s $118.00 dollars an hour. I recommend you ask before hand what the charges will be, keep track of the time they are at your house, the distance to and from their office?..WOW
