I am from San Antonio and while not much on Sushi, I tried Sushi Zushi in Downtown SA. Now while I do not like raw food, there is one dish that is actually fried/ cooked thoroughly. And where else can you eat sushi in such a great tourist location. Close by the river walk and in a friendly atmosphere.
