Just thought I might share my recent experience with this place. I rented a truck recently from here and it was by far the worst moving experience in my life. On my first trip with the truck, the starter went out on me and the truck never started back up again. For 9 hours I waited while a mechanic who took several hours just to get the starter for the truck. Luckily I was in a safe location because I was forced to stay there with the truck being that U-Haul wouldn't tow it rather attempt to fix it. You might think to yourself that ok they made an attempt to fix the problem but here is what you have to imagine. Suppose you are moving and the truck breaks down on you while you are at a gas station. You would have to wait around at this gas station until the truck is repaired being that you are in relative safe location and your credit card is down making you responsible for any further damages. What if you needed insulin in this time? I was told by one of the workers here the next day that they won't know that there is something wrong with the truck unless the previous user reports it. These are not conditions that I would like to move under again. I am not willing to rely on the person before me to report a problem with a truck as the sole means of this location maintaining their vehicles. So if you don't mind gambling with your off day that you have to move sitting in the sun waiting while the rest of your items are still waiting to be picked up at home then by all means use this company. I dropped this truck off at 9:30pm and took my stuff out of it and used my pickup. The manager charged me about 50% of the cost thinking he compensated for the day wasted, and the fact I still need to be moved. You don't make money by giving away things for free but you don't make repeat customers by charging them for negligence that is of the fault of the company. If you use this location, GOOD LUCK.
