We have patronized this restaurant every few months for the past five to six years and the atmosphere, service and food have always been excellent. It is the perfect setting for a dinner outing that is an event, not just a stop before heading off to a concert or play.
The wait staff is attentive and will do whatever necessary to make our visits enjoyable, even going so far as to making changes to the regular menu to suit a particular request. Seldom do you find the owner of a restaurant of this caliber waiting on customers and mingling to ensure that his customer's needs are met.
The Caesar Salad is expertly prepared tableside, the cream of asparagus soup is delicious and the Chateaubriand is tender enough to cut with your fork. Throw in the classical guitarist on the weekends and it will truly be a night to remember.
If you are looking for a quiet evening away from the Dallas "see and be seen" crowd, you owe it to yourself to make reservations and stop by. It may not look like much from the outside, but you won't be disappointed once you step inside.
