Studio One Photography

In July, when I paid for my photo selection, I argued that their mailing charge of $39.95 was excessive. Their mailing cost was only $1.83, yet they actually charged me the much higher amount for postage. They finally issued me a credit when I posted this InsiderPages review.

PROS: We're happy with the family pictures.
CONS: Alls well that ends well, but it took some convincing.

Definitely more expensive than Dept. stores, but the quality is so much better. They have excellent staff members that take the time to get your kids to smile and show their personality. Nice simple backdrops and props too.

The photos were good quality and they took their time with us but their prints do cost alot of money and in my opinion you should go somewhere where you get the rights to reprint the photos.

This portrait studio has unique portrait ideas. They are more like Glamour Shots in the way they do their sittings and pricing, but they have great ideas that make unique portraits. They also offer live bunnies during Easter which makes great pictures.

This is a good studio for a middle ground pricing...not cheap, cheap like the $7.99 package deals at Penneys, Sears, WalMart, Target, etc. ...but not super expensive like higher end photographers. They do a great job and the quality is good. All pictures are done on a solid black backdrop. The portraits are taken on the ground, not on a pedestal like some of the JCPenneys, Target, etc..where the child has to be up on the pedestal for their portraits. At about age 2, my kids were in a phase where they wouldn't sit still for those up on the pedestal. So we tried Studio One and it worked out great! They have good package deals to make them fairly reasonable in price.

Studio One to One is so great with kids and getting them to do the cutest things for a picture. I have two kids and have had their pictures taken at several different places put Studio One is by far the BEST!
