Randall's Refrigeration has been a nightmare to deal with! They have to be the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I have just moved into a new construction home where they did the HVAC installation and my first floor

It seems as though this customer has had some problems with their cooling system installed by Randall's Refrigeration. If I remember accurately, we have taken good care of this customer from the start. First, everyone is guaranteed warranty service both from our company and the manufacturer. Second, we cannot be held responsible for equipment malfunction because we do not manufacture the machines, we install and service them. This customer was well taken care of: the compressor failed within the first couple of years, so we replaced the entire unit; not just the compressor. That, in itself is above and beyond what is the norm for most companies. We also replaced an evaporator coil, which was under warranty from the manufacturer. The labor warranty had expired, so the customer was charged for labor and refrigerant only. Yes, unfortunately, there was some drywall damage. A tech was sent to fix the problem, and he took pictures. The damage was not as great as the homeowner describes, but there was some water damage. We then sent an experienced drywall repair man (who is on retainer with our company) to fix the problem. He did an excellent job, and Randall's Refrigeration paid for the service. The homeowner was not charged for this service. It just goes to show; ya can't please everyone! We do, however strive to give 100% satisfaction to all our customers. Call us anytime (281-357-0820) or visit our website @ www.randallsrefrigeration.com and we can show you how we can save you money on your A/C and heating bills, and provide you with the best service available

This company is terrible! They installed the HVAC system in the new home we bought and we have had nothing but problems. One of the units froze up from too little coolant within a week after we moved in. The house has never cooled evenly no matter how many times they have "adjusted" the system. An improperly installed drain pan over flowed and caused a great deal of sheetrock damage in our daughter's room And both of the outside units have already been replaced even though the house is only seven years old. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever?
