I went to Quad Cities to receive my drivers education and for the most part, I liked it. Sometimes they could be rude. I can't speak for all of the people that work there. There are some very nice people as well. It's very small and can sometimes be very packed as well.

From the beginning there was problems with this school the building and area it is located is not clean or safe. The teachers are not on top of there students. They do not keep accurate attendance records witch cause problems and confusion that take a lot of time to sort of and is very inconvenient. The woman who runs the school is very unprofessional has an attitude problem and lacks people skills there was always a hassle I would not recommend this school to anybody planning on taking a driving course.

AWFUL, AWFUL,AWFUL.This has absolutely got to be one of the worst driving schools ever. First of all, after paying over $200.00 your child will sit in a classroom and watch videos only. There is absolutely no classroom instruction, only watching videos for a total of 10 classroom times. Then more money is required to get your permit, more money is then required to take your drive times and if your child forgets to show up for the drive time they will charge you $15.00.Then your child is required to take 7 drive times. The drive times are only able to be scheduled IN PERSON on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Very inconvenient for the working family. My daughter only has 2 more drive times and does not know how to drive, did not even know what a blind spot was, does not know how to park or reverse. The owner at the front desk is extremely rude. The school is very run down. I hate that I have spent so much money and my daughter knows just as much now about driving as she did when she was 5.When I voiced my c/o about my daughter not knowing how to drive, all she had to say was 'have you taken her driving?'. EXCUSE ME?? Yes, I do take my daughter driving but what the heck did I pay the school to do?
I strongly discourage this school to anyone with every passion that I have.

I was leary of this place at first, but my daughter loved the teacher and learned so much and enjoyed it immensely. It was what I wanted for her, and it was a very valuable learning experience. The kids seem happy with it. They are very efficient at this school, parents just have to pay attention and they'll tell you exactly what to do.

Quad Cities is OK, my daughter is currently going there. Not very customer friendly. It is adequate and gets the job done but beware of the untold stuff like if you miss a drive time you have to pay $15. They don't tell you that up front. The place is a little run down and so are the owners. But all in all my daughter likes it and so does her friends. I give them a C+. But I will give them a A for working with customers who need to split up payments.

My experience with Quad Cities- varied over the time period of which the classes and the driving started. The customer service was not a great experience, they seemed to be loaded with phone calls and customer in the office. I believe this school has potential, but they need to not accept so many student at a time and streamline the process. My daughter said her driving experience was great, they even offer to pick-up. the old saying you get what you pay for is a true statement in this case. good luck!!!!!!!

I found this driving school to be one of the best. It was inexpensive and I learned a lot from the driving instructors. I really liked how patient the instructors were with me considering I've never been behind the wheel of a car before coming here!!

This place lacks seriously in the customer service department. Goes back to the old saying.....you get what you pay for. I recommend going elsewhere, paying a little more money and being respected.

This is where I went for my training to learn to drive. I felt like the classes were adequate, but the rooms were crowded and the insturctors were average at best. Occasionally, there were times where cars were unavailable for practice, and many of the students were inconvenienced.

PROS: Location
CONS: Limited instructors and cars, even with scheduling
