El Sarape

I seldom walk out of a Mexican restaurant disappointed; almost every one gets four stars from me. El Sarape gets five . . . since there's non six-star rating! The service is fast at most of my other favorites but here, it's unbelievable. We brought friends on a Sunday with a long line waiting to be seated. Getting to the table took 6 or 7 minutes but getting the good once we got there took about 5!! The chile relenos and cheese enchiladas (off the ala carte menu) are my favorites but we've tried several other dishes and never been disappointed. Their sopapillas aren't the same as most places (not fluffy pillows) but certainly worth a try.
