Please think twice before putting your child into this daycare....You wil not have a director to talk to and the owners are never there. If you have a complaint it will not go anywhere. The facility has alot of issues first one is the employees that work are not professional at all. This one girl in the infant room is never in the room!!!!!!! everytime I visit my child I either see her getting mad at a infant because they are crying........and her language is very unprofessional(around babies, her co-workers, and parents). The toddler rooms need new teachers they ignore you when you walk in and dont speak to you. One day I went to go pick up my child and pamper was full like if they hadn't changed her in HOURS!!!!. I'am finally taking my child out of the daycare and feel GOOD about it!!!! Please re think your decision if you are going to put your child in this facility. Wasting your money!!!!!!!

I won't say the whole center is bad. There are some wonderful teachers there who truely love the kids... BUT there are also some things to be seriously concerned about!

Infant room - Lack of swings, exersaucers...owners will not purchase any. This is the first center that I've seen that doesn't have at least one swing in their infant room.

In the Toddler Rooms (12+ months) they do NOT follow the parent's feeding schedules. When I say I don't want my 12 month old eating peanut butter, I mean I DO NOT WANT MY 12 MONTH OLD EATING PEANUT BUTTER! They also feed 12 month olds nachos...can you say choking hazzard? This is my biggest complaint. Even after I said something to the teachers and management, they continue to serve these items (just not to my son, thankfully). These items should not be given to ANY 12 month old! Not to mention when I did complain the teacher was ticked at ME for saying something??? Hello...read the feeding schedule and menu! I wouldn't have to complain if you did your job correctly.

Another issue is the exteme lack of toys and books. The owner's do not appear to be reinvesting in the center and many parents are leaving due to this. The few toys and books that are in my son's room are old, beat up, and most are broken. The books are all tattered and torn up. Children are hard on toys, yes...what do you expect when 10 kids play with the same toy all day, every day of the week, every week of the year. I have not seen any new toys (other than the ones bought by the teacher or donated by the parents) in the 2 years that my child has been going there.

I'm finally fed up and I'm withdrawing my child. I don't feel they provide adequate training to the staff, to include management. The owners are uninvolved other than depositing your check into their account. They won't even listen to the teacher's request for new toys/equipment for the rooms.

Think twice before sending your child to this facility!

Pros: A few excellent teacher among some not so great teachers

Cons: Lack of Toys, Books, and Teacher Education

If you would like your infant (0-16mo) to have their hand slapped or to not be fed on time according to their specified schedule posted on the bulletin board or to be ignored so that the teachers can gossip, then this is your day care. My daughter was fussy when I picked her up, and the teacher told me that she had been fussy since she had awoken from her nap. I checked her daily report she had been due for a bottle when she awoke from her nap. When I spoke to the director, she stated that the teacher was not normally in that room and that she did not know my daughter's schedule, even though it is posted clearly in the room, underneath the daily report that the teacher was supposed to fill out to document times of diaper changes, and bottles fed. The director spoke to the infant teachers to make sure that they checked the schedules and were attentive to the babies. I ended up withdrawing my child because there were always large crumbs on the carpet left by older infants, which were a choking hazard to my child. Also, I witnessed the same teacher try to pull an infant out from the bouncer chair by one arm. The infant was making complaint noises, and the teacher's response was,"You're okay." I spoke to the owner regarding all of these issues, and her response was that I was the only one that had complaints and that I was trying to bash her business. Recently, an acquaintance of mine withdrew her 16 mo old because this same teacher slapped his hand. The teachers were told that they would be fired if they mentioned this incidence to the mother. Two of the teachers were planning to leave anyway and told her what had happened. My friend was incensed and spoke not only to the teacher but to the owners, whose response was that they would talk to the teacher. Another acquaintance is also withdrawing her child because their infant was fed only a fruit cup all day by this teacher, whose response was,"well, she ate."

Pros: There were some good infant teachers that played with the kids

Cons: One infant II teacher is rough with the kids, inattentive to them, does not check feeding schedule, and slapped an infant's hand
