This is a close knit neighborhood gym that has a good feel to it. The work outs are just challenging enough to give you that natural high. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly. I take the cardio kickboxing classes and my favorite thing about them is that the workout is different from day to day. I also took some of the personal trainer classes and was very happy with the results.

I had a bad experience at this gym. The space is not very large. I had trouble scheduling private classes. Ultimately, I got charged for service I hadn't even used.
