Cupcake Cafe

This one-of-a-kind cafe has absolutely everything! The mouthwatering, flavorful treats like cake, cupcakes and other desserts, with HUGE portions are absolutely to die for! The atmosphere is so cozy and "dream-like" with a chocolate milk fountain and an upside down cupcake built right into the ceiling, with bright sparkling lights made from sprinkles! It actually feels like you are in Magic Kingdom - it is that wonderful! To add to this, the owner does all of her own baking and even gets help from her daughter and mother in the kitchen!But, this place doesnt end with desserts - there are fantastic soups, and delicious sandwiches and a full service cappucino bar. This place is a real pleasure for both the eyes and the taste-buds!

The Cupcake Cafe is a charming, colorful corner of Sugar Land, the decor being a little kid's dream. The menu is limited to a few sandwiches and salads though, so don't expect much in terms of variety. They DO have cupcakes, but the selection was disappointing. However, the chocolate cake more than made up for it. Asking for a single slice of chocolate cake will get you an outlandishly large piece that could easily feed four people! That was the saving grace to an otherwise diasappointing visit.
