The Rice Village Clique is AWFUL! 
Clique is perhaps the most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. I received a really good haircut from Trish there, but it was only downhill from there. After a disasterous third haircut, I called from home to complain three times. No one bothered to call me back and tried to understand my problem. They don't have any sense of customer responsibility.

Clique Salon offers a wide variety of services, and it is a great location for Rice students without a car, as it is located conveniently in the Rice Village.

Highly Recommended 
Getting a hair cut in a new city is a tricky thing. After asking friends for recommendations, I was pointed in the direction of Rice Village, to Clique Salon.
I was pleasantly surprised by what I found there. Stylists who listen to what you want, aren't too snobby, and who give great cuts. The prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for.

Looking for Abby
I LOVED going to clique to get my hair done by Abby. Everyone else there is really great too, but does anyone know where Abby went or how to get in touch with her? The salon won't give out any information and she is a hair genius!! Any help would be great! Thanks!!

Clique does not click
You should not go to this place--it is not at all professional. Trish gave me three haircuts--the first one was quite good, but it was just downhill from there. After I complained about a disasterous haircut, no one from the salon bothered to call or contact me. No one cared. There have ZERO customer service. I would not go there agaiin.
Also, I believe that they have their own people writing reviews for them because who else would go back there?

Good mens haircuts
I've been going to Clique to see Dana for 3 years. I have a conservative haircut and was a little intimidated by this place at first because it definitely looks like it's for women only. I came away impressed and continue to frequent Clique because the my haircut is only $33 and I've never had any issues with scheduling or waiting an unreasonable length of time to get my haircut. So if you're a guy with a normal haircut, this place is solid.

Amanda is great!
I can't speak for the work of the other stylists, but my experience at Clique (with Amanda) has been nothing but positive. She does a great job and is FAST (I hate sitting in the salon for 3+ hours for a cut and color) and has very reasonable prices. The rest of the staff is also very accommodating and nice... and they give great shampoos, which is a must when I go to the salon!
Pros: price, time, results

Nice Place.
My hairdresser, Christine, has a knack for making you feel wonderful - offering up her suggestions while also considering what you want. I have been here several times and always leave feeling better than when I arrived. The prices are reasonable for the area - and scheduling tends to be easy.
Pros: technique, atmosphere
