I visited with Dr. Charles Aramboro at Southwest Surgical Associates for a concern on a minor bump I had on the right side of my umbilical cord. The Dr., Charles Aramboro, who just recently setup his new office at Herman Hospital of Sugar Land, told me that it was an Umbilical Hernia that requires an immediate surgery, and that it required a Mesh to be inserted, and that it must be done a.s.a.p. Out of fear of the Hernia getting worse, I went with his directions and had my surgey during Christmas of 2006. After the surgery, Dr. Aramburo took my wife to the side and told her that it was a hernia and that it would no come back again. later he told me that he inserted a mesh that would take care of my problem. However, immediately after the surgery, the surgery nurse told me wife that I did not have a Hernia, and that in fact it was just a piece of fat that results from prior diets. When I confronted the Dr. with these information from the nurse, later I was unable to schedule an appointment with him. Also, the Dr. did a gownin toe nail that later regrew. A doctor who referred me to him was surprised when he found out that he did the grownin toe nail surgery when Dr. Aramburo never done it before. Please consult with others doctors before Charles Aramburo operates on you.
