Completely unhelpful--I was told that, although my measurements matched one size, I should go up to the next, "just in case", while another bridesmaid was told when her measurements matched that everything would be fine. I ended up with a dress that was absurdly big on me, while the other bridesmaid's dress was big everywhere but the hips, which were WAY too tight; she found this out too late to order another size, and may not be able to have it altered.
The ladies at the store did nothing when we called with this issue, and were in no way apologetic for their conflicting advice, or for what I can only assume was their incompetence in taking measurements. Once they have their money, they obviously don't care about helping their customers in the slightest.

The people taht work here remind me of car salesmen that are only interested in you buying an expensive dress fast. They push you to buy on the first visit and want you to get an expensive dress. The only good thing about this place is a large selection. Go try on here but don't buy.

My mom and I walked in here and we were not greeted by anyone! We had to go up to this lady who was so snotty and rude to us! Terrible customer service! We left there empty-handed and dissapointed. Too bad, because we were looking to spend five hundred dollars there.

At one time this store was located in Katy; I wish that were still true. My daughter chose her wedding dress at Weddings By Debbie and we were very pleased with the help we received, the advice we were given, the prices that I felt were comparble and the alterations for my very petite daughter.

I used Weddings by Debbie for my wedding over ten years ago when they were in Katy. Debbie was very helpful and had so much patience when it came to me. She lets you look and is not pusky. He prices were comparable to others and her alterations were good too. I would use her again if I need a formal for an event.
