They installed a new A/C unit at my house that failed 3 months later. In my hands right now I have a bill from them for $162 for their "warranty handling fee" for them to repair the new burned up unit they just put in. 1. They lady that answers the phone is rude. 2. They don't show up when they say they are going to show up. 3. When they do show up the quality of service is very poor. 4. Warranty after the sale is poor. They still have not repaired the air conditioner and my home warranty company bought window units for my house because I have been without air conditioning in the Houston summer for over 20 days because of Tri-Lectric.

Tri Lectric's customer service department is comprised of extremely rude and unprofessional people, unwilling to help the client. It seems like they are using the answering service/receptionists to handle customer issues.
