Parker Jennifer Dvm - Stafford Oaks Veterinary Hosp

My fiance and I adopted a 5 month old lab in late June 2009. We received a 75% certain distemper diagnosis from a vet in Pearland and were completely distraught. Her only symptoms were horrible runny nose and cough. She was on Clavamox and we were encouraged to keep her on it, even though it was not helping. Basically, the vet told us to just wait and expect the worst.

To safeguard our other dog, I left her at my parents' house in San Antonio and asked that she take her to the vet to update her shots, even though she wasn't due for another few months. She explained to her vet the symptoms of our puppy and he said that he felt we needed a second opinion and recommended his friend, Dr. Mike Brady. We made an appointment immediately.

After Dr. Brady observed our pup, he was 75% sure she did not have distemper at all but rather a BAD upper respiratory infection. Dr. Brady changed her antibiotic to Zenequin and we saw immediate results, with all symptoms gone in about 3 days. It was amazing! His office also called a couple of times to check in on her, which was much appreciated.

We will trust Dr. Brady's expertise for our pets always and cannot thank him and his staff enough for all of their help!

I adopted a dog from a shelter and she got sick. I took her to the closest vet to my house and they said she had distemper and suggested that we put her down. I was so upset and wanted a second opinion and was referred to Dr. Brady by a co-worker. Dr. Brady said she was very sick, but he'd do everything he could for her. That was 5 years ago and my dog is happy, healthy and beautiful. I will never take any of my dogs any place else. All of the vets are wonderful, Dr. Moore is as good as Dr. Brady. They will give you the best care for your pets. Dr. Brady truly cares about the animal and not about making a buck.

We've been taking our dogs to see Dr. Brady for several years and absolutely love this vet practice. The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful and truly love animals. We get a call to check on our dogs' welfare after every visit, whether it's a regular check-up or an illness. Usually, the call is from both a staff member as well as a separate call from Dr. Brady. We've seen some of the other vets in the practice and have been just as impressed with their care.

We have been going to Dr. Brady and Stafford Oaks for about the last 10 years. We drive over 25 miles each way to get here and it is worth it. They have dealt with everything from Cushing's disease to cancer in our animals. Very compassionate and capable.

I just cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The vets here are very caring and compassionate and take a personal interest in each and every one of my dogs. I drive over 20 miles to get this level of veterinary care.

If you want the very best care for your pet, we would strongly recommend Stafford Oaks. Our dog can not wait to get in the door when we arrive, and does not want to leave. I don't know what they do, but is it special! We take Annie for animal care as well as grooming, and have been more than pleased. The staff is always helpful, considerate, and kind. They always take the time to hear what is going on, and they do not overcharge. The building is always clean.

Your pet is missing a treat not getting to go to Stafford Oaks.

This pet hosptial was where we took our last pet when he was ill. I cannot stress how friendly, supportive and loving the staff were and how they were so very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a state of the art facility - someithing akin to a "human" hospital! This animal care facility was a lot more sophisticated and advanced than ones I had been to in the past - it even offered chemo, radiation, ultrasounds and exrays for animals, which I found very impressive. Above all, the caring staff made this experience a positive one for me and I would recommend this place to anyone who has a pet that needs some TLC!

The servive was great! I have a blind cat that is not used to being around people and all the employees were very good with my pet and all were very friendly!
