If you are looking for a personable doctor this is the doctor for you! We first visited this doctor when we needed to have a tube put in our daugthers tear duct that was blocked. We had several visits before and after thefirst surgery and had another surgery to remove the tube. Each time we were treated wonderfully by everyone we came into contact with. Our daughter was only 9 months old so she does not remember any of this, but as parents we felt 100% confident in Dr. Shore's abilities and our daughter did not have any problems during or after the surgery. Everything that he was going to do was explained to us thoroughly and any questions were answered.
