Great Service meets Great Value!

I am a frequent business traveler and I usually stay at mid-scale properties, such as Holiday Inns. I have always enjoyed my stays at the 59 location but stopped going due to their pro-longed renovation period. The hotel has been around for about 20 years and it really needed some TLC. I began staying at the Hampton down the street. During my last stay they were booked up so I had no choice but to go back to the Holiday Inn. I was hesistant to stay there again but I decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did.
The front desk really exceeded my expectations. I was given a welcome letter and treated very nicely throughout my entire stay. My guest room was beyond that I expected from a Holiday Inn. The bed was comfortable, furniture was clean and up to date. My entire experience was wonderful and I'm back as a loyal Holiday Inn customer! I definitely recommend this property!
Pros: Service, room comfort, and price.
