Just bought a new VW Jetta from these guys and have only good things to say. Sales staff was easy to work with, they met my needs, and were anything but pushy. Overall it was a good buying experience for my first VW.

I would recommend these guys and I would buy from them again (provided the service department is of the same quality).

I own a new VW still in warranty purchased from Garlyn Shelton. The dealership consistently refuses to service my car under warranty and purposefully delays any repairs related to my warranty. This car has given me plenty of trouble and for every single item that breaks Garlyn Shelton makes me come back to the dealership at least 4 times or more. I have had defective trunk, defective airbag, defective headliner, defective visor, defective parking break, defective reading lights, engine light on, and more for just 3.5 years ! Recently I had problems with my parking break. The first time I left my car for a whole day at the dealership and at the end of the day my request was not even in the system. The second time I came back, my request was already at the system but at the end of the day I was told that my parking break is fixed and it was not. Next, I was told that they will have to order a new part, and yet AGAIN I had to take my car back without being serviced under its warranty. This happens consistently for EVERY warranty repair I need to have. Garlyn Shelton conducts their business in a dishonest and disrespectful manner. I am highly disappointed and just want to warn other potential victims.

This is the only car dealership I've been to where the salesmen were NICE! They were all younger guys (either in or just out of college) and they weren't pushy or overly fake. They gave the facts about the cars, the pros and cons, and were very helpful. They'd cross over and show customers cars from makers (the Mazda guy helped us look at Volkswagons) they weren't actually supposed to sale when there's a shortage in another.
I liked these guys A LOT!
