Petco

I went to this Petco to buy fish for our first aquarium. Two sales associates were talking to each other and after waiting for 10 minutes I walked over to them. They asked if needed help I told them yes. They said okay and went right back to their personal conversation. That is the second time the customer service has been of poor quality. I will never go to another Petco again.

I went to this Petco location today on my lunch hour and I was appalled. The animals were in filthy cages, old food was in several cages. The cat houses had not been cleaned and there were several tanks with dead and/or dying fish. I would not purchase anything from this location. I spoke to the manager and was told that someone comes in to clean 3 times a week. I found this hard to believe. I also noticed several employees just standing around with all this cleaning that needed to be done. After being in the store for quite a long time, someone finally approached and asked if we needed help. HECK NO!!!!!!!! I am genuinely concerned for the health of the animals at this location. The smell that hits you in the face when you walk in would be enough to deter any prospective customers.This is a poor excuse for a pet store and a poor excuse for a manager.

I took my dog to have her groomed. I thought Petco would be better than other dog groomers because of all the horror stories you hear. Well Petco now is the last place on earth I would take anything to. They cut my puppy's tongue and hurt her when they were grooming her because she whimpers when I hold her a certain way on her left side now. I am super mad and all they could tell me is that she wouldn't stay still for them!
