Seriously people! Are you all family friends? Why would you ever give this restaurant more than 1 star! The food was awful! The atmosphere terrible. Walk into a tiny, very old strip mall resto. Tiny square tables with hard backed chairs. Started out with a chips and salsa - chips hardly had any flavor (at least they were warm!) the salsa was so bad - worse than Pace. Kinda sour. My husband and I ordered the "special"- Brisket Tacos and Brisket Chile Relleno. The plates came with refried beans and rice. Suffice it to say, the beans tasted like they wee straight out of a can, the rice flavorless and the brisket was so bland my husband actually left some beef on his plate!!! My chile relleno was do dry I could only eat half of it! I ordered a coke. When it came time for a refill, the waitress went over to the fountain machine, filled a pitcher, shook all of the carbonation out then filled my plastic cup with flat Coke!!! the bill came and it ended up being a $50 meal!!!! HOLY COW - really? For very, very bad Tex-Mex? How could anyone rate this restaurant highly! I am only giving it 1 star because the people were so nice - they were attentive and happy...otherwise we'd be in the negative zone...

Very small quaint setting. Their queso is a great starter, but it is white cheese, so it surprised my younger kid!
Prices are reasonable. Tamales - yum!

We will definitely be back.

Crazing some great Mexican food! Try eating at Nuevo Leon for a great variety and delicious food. Their service is great. The dining room is a little cramped but the food is definitey worth overlooking this!
