Sometimes it is difficult to find a good, honest florist when you're ordering flowers in a town with which you're not familiar. Freytag's Florist was recommended by friends who live in Austin. I was very satisfied with the altar arrangement I ordered for my brother-in-law's memorial service. It was large, beautiful, and reasonably priced. The person helping me long-distance was friendly and knowledgeable, and guided me to the perfect arrangement. You cannot go wrong with this florist, and I highly recommend them. Very accommodating, extremely courteous. I felt like we got a lot for our money. The spray they did for my brother's funeral was beautiful. We were very pleased with everything.

I have been a Freytags Florist customer for many, many years. I have never been disappointed in the design and the quality of the floral arrangements. Flowers are meant to be special and Freytags Florist makes that happen. I also appreciate the attention my order receives, whether I order by phone or on-line. Freytag has also recently introduced Floral Delivery Confirmation email , which insures that you know exactly when your flowers are delivered !! Great Job !!!

This is my first time sending flowers in Austin, TX. I needed to send flowers to a friend. Freytag's just seem like and interesting name. Im glad I went with them because the service was quick and friendly. Good customer service makes all the difference, especially if you calling from over 250 miles away. I will definitely recommend them, and I would use them again.

We live here in Florida and our daughter, son-in-law, and their children live in Austin. Both Lisa and David called us on April 9, 2009, very excited about receiving the beautiful flower arrangement that we had sent to them by Freytag's Florist; by some strange co-incidence they were very much like the flowers in their wedding bouquet 21 years ago. Yesterday I walked out of my house and headed for work. I got 1/2 way to work and realized that I forgot it was my wife's birthday. Oh My God! visions of not being able to ever come home again ran through my head. I found Freytag's through the Yellow pages and checked out their web site. It made the decision picking out the right floral arrangement so easy. Courteous service at the point of sale as well as their followup service afterwards. I really liked the email notification confirming the sell and especially the email notification confirming delivery. Highly recommend Freytag's.R Diaz

I had a bad experience with another florist in the area. They would not take my order. They rudely turned it down. You delivered to our co-worker for our office. She was pleased and so are we. Thank you for not turning us away like the other florist.

Chad, As a first time user of Freytags Florist I want to thank you and your team for the great service and follow up. I received a call from the recipient who raved about the arrangement. Since I am not in Texas and know little of florist in Texas it was your on-line ad that made my selection of florist for me. I look forward to working with Freytags Florist again in the future. The store offers great quality flowers for pick up and delivery. I had them deliver a condolence arrangement and the recipient called me almost immediately after receiving to say how beautiful it was. They were able to get my order out that day and the price was very reasonable. Even of you are looking for flowers just because give them a call. I have seen great specials on roses advertised in the local paper.

I needed to send flowers for an out of state funeral that was going on THAT DAY. The staff there made the necessary phone calls to the funeral home and helped me select a nice, but moderate arrangement. The famly received the flowers at their home, and all commented that they were the most beautiful of all the flowers sent to the funeral. Prices were average for florists, but the service was extraordinary.

Freytag's has a wide range of arrangements and they will work to meet your budget. I also really like that they have a website with plenty to choose from. I have always had a good experience when using them. The first time I called I told them my budget that I needed to stay within. I was nervous not being able to see the flowers that would go out, as I usually like to pick them up and deliever them myself. The recipient was VERY pleased and so was I. You can trust them with picking out something classy for your occasion.

This place has the best service I've ever gotten from a florist. The selection of 'on hand' flowers is super, quick delivery and great designs. I can call in the morning and have my flowers delivered the same day or next day. The prices are reasonable for the quality, which is great too. Never been disappointed in the 3 years I've been using them.
