Mountain Air Carpet Cleaning

I was very upset when my cleaners arrived 4 hr. late.But then the man told me that his vehicle broke down. I was then ok, because it seemed a genuine reason.The cleaning was done good , but my whole schedule was disturbed. A week later same cleaners were to arrive at my friends house.I got really irritated when they arrived late for her too and gave the very same reason.
