This theater is old school, showing great independent movies (along with some of the better mainstream movies). They'll replay classics at midnight, including the Rocky Horror Picture Show and Pulp Fiction. It's a great, private, and local theater where you can watch great movies without dealing with large crowds.

The River Oaks Plaza Cinema is a great place to go when you are looking to see films most of theatres don't show like independent films, sundance etc. The atmosphere is great, but the concessions can be a little over priced but then again where are they cheap anymore?

this theatre specializes in independant and revival movies. it has been open for 60+ years and regularily shows the "rocky Horror Picture Show". on friday nights.
