I went in with my husband looking for a car...with not the best credit. We worked with Tony who was understanding, respectful and made us feel like he was working for us...how nice. We found and bought the car we wanted and had no issue's. We'd go back again for sure.

I bought my Dodge truck at Manuel and was treated quite well as a whole. The gentleman, Rusty, who helped me was quite pleasant and was very knowledgeable. I plan on my next purchase to be a Dodge as well and will go back to Manuel.

I have only used the service department once. They did some warranty work and took care of it quickly and professionally. I did have a transmission problem and went elsewhere though for a transmission due to pricing.

As a Previous employee...I quit the job. To justify the situation. I was told that I had to sale a new motor to a customer. What was the problem? The problem was he came in with an engine knock. Turned out the mechanic stated he needed new valves. But the service manager stated, no he needs a new motor. The service manager told me to sale a new motor. I sold it, to the customer. Costing alot of money to the customer. When the man came to pick up the vehicle he was dressed a Dallas Police officer. That was a scare. So I quit, and never looked back. Also at that timethe Durango's would come in with a whining noise in the transmission. We were told to say, Dodge knows it's there and that we could replace the tranny, but it could happen again. What happens when the vehicle goes out of warranty. Customer pays.

Employee Report ? This is under investigation. The time since this report and now, puts us at a disadvantage- but we're attempting to identify the customer and employee location. The old employee chose to be anonymous; we don't know his name or email address to followup. This may have occured at our old Dodge Dealer location. Either way, we are grateful to have found the feedback- The Dealer /Owner of Preston Chrysler Jeep has no knowledge of this incident or the circumstances reported. The Employee may have reported this incident to his Supervisor but it didn't get to our Owner. We're trying to determine who was involved in this.
