I asked for 1-2 inches off the length and long layers. I had to ask her twice to put the layers in, and she chopped off 5 inches!! On top of that...the sides are two different lengths. Guess English was the wrong language to speak to her in. When I called to complain to the manager, I was apparently still speaking the wrong language. He didn't even bother to offer me a refund.

I go to the TGF on Holcombe, since htat is close to home. The place is well maintained and organized. Sometimes though, only one or two of the haircutters are there which could result in a longer wait time. They do a professional and efficient job.
