I stopped by sally's for some Acetone. I realized I had forgotten my sally's pro card and asked the girl at the counter if she would look my number up . She refused " I would have to pay a 15.00 fee to have a new card issued." . It seemed she was also oblivious to customer service- She proceeded to tell me that these were the rules and she was helpless. I called the Sally's store in McKinney to verify the sally's store policy. . The McKinney store told me that this was not true and as a professional courtesy Allen store should have called them for my info. I was reissued a new card free of charge from Mckinney
