We hoped for my daughter to be in an exemplary rated elementary school with all of taxes we pay here in TX. The school after the year were there lost its exemplary status and became recognized but it is still a very good school. Overall the staff are fairly nice. The facilities are nice too. Keep in mind that the teachers follow a standard curriculum and you usually don't get many extras because this is public school. Also, many times supplies are limited. Didn't find the library people to be really nice.
