I had a very fancy costume that I had borrowed from a church. After I wore it I took it to get dry cleaned before I was going to return it. The costume went in there in good condition and came out with the petty coat all messed up. It had a tear and was completely unraveling. Bad experience for me.

Reid's "lost" two of my dry cleaning shirts. They also gave me someone else's shirt in my laundry. Luckily, they were able to track these down, but now they get a vote of NO CONFIDANCE.
PROS:
CONS: Reliability.
