Went there for a girls night out. Had a blast the service was adequate but got very busy on friday night. Had fun playing darts and pool. Good variety of food.

Perhaps the most fun place to go for happy hour (or just to have a good time with friends on absolutely any night) in the medical center/ rice village area. The bar also has a variety of food off of a menu that can be ordered for lunch or dinner (and it's more than just snacks). Baker's Street is one of the unique bars that has both indoor and outdoor seating. The waitresses and waiters are also usually quite friendly.
PROS: best bar in the medical center/rice village area
CONS: becomes really crowded on Fri/Sat nights
