I took my car there to get my alternator replaced - they replaced it - 3 different times. After the first replacement, the alternator ruined
the battery I had (that wasn't that old) so I had to buy a new battery. Then the alternator went out again, I took my car in and they replaced the alternator - the the same thing happened 10 days later.

I finally took my car to the dealership and had a 4th alternator installed - the dealership said the alternator that was in there wasn't the correct one (I believe they said it was not strong/big enough). I took copies with me and went straight to Scott's Auto Repair and asked him to to the right thing (at least pay 1/2 of the additional $600.00 I had to pay for the 4th alternator) and he said he would "think about it" and now he will not return my phone calls.

Scott's auto repair is world class, they have an awesome group of people that work for them. They are an independent automotive shop and are family owned and operated. They have high reccomendations and are conviently located. They offer great deals on repairs.
